Our Facilities
Our factory uses Buhler (Buhler) automatic production control system, in which the materials and semi-finished products through a closed pipe transportation, which avoid ink contact with air and oxidation, and ensures the gloss and brightness of printing inks furthest. Now in the new plant, the production efficiency and stability of the products is increasing dramatically, and it becomes the largest automatic offset printing ink manufacturer in Asia, the production capability is 50000tons of inks per year.
Our Strength
We has an excellent R&D team, ink lab, resin varnish lab, color matching center and advanced instruments, and can provide the customized technical service.
The company has completely quality control system, the process inspection team check every step during the process of production, only qualified batches can go to the next step. And the final QC team decide whether the inks can go into warehouse, and recheck everything on a batch of inks to guarantee the quality completely meet customers' requirement.
Our History
2003 Year
JAN 2003, Kingswood inks was established with investment 120 million RMB.
OCT 2003, brought in advanced Flushed Color and Hitregel technology.
2004 Year
In 2004, R&D Center was established.
2005 Year
In 2005, started technical transformation and industrial upgrading, the product capacity reached 20000tons/year;
In 2005 Products were exported to the United States, the ink quality met international standard.
2006 Year
February 2006,the products were introduced into Heidelberg agency channel.
2008 Year
March 2008, officially changed the name to Suzhou Kingswood Printing Ink Co.,Ltd.,
April, 2008,David Owen, the author of "ink manual", a former European ink association President, joined Kingswood as technical director to lead the research and development team, combined with advanced technology from Europe, the United States and Japan through optimizing production of printing ink, which made Kingswood became top quality ink manufacturer in China and international well-known ink supplier.
2009 Year
In 2009, optimized modified phenol resin response technology, and successfully developed environmental-friendly vegetable oil ink.
2010 Year
In 2010, successfully developed high rub-resistant and fast drying environmental friendly offset printing ink, low VOC ink.
And in 2010 rewarded as "leading export ink manufacturer" by the Chinese printing and equipment association. And Kingswood became the national torch plan project execution unit.
2011 Year
March 2011, Kingswood was listed in the Shenzhen Stock Market Exchange. And Jiangsu Kingswood Chemical Technology Ltd. was established.
2012 Year
June 2012, Kingwood acquired a well-known ink company in Europe--Brancher ink.
Kingswood were certified by Chinese environment protection mark.
2013 Year
In 2013, built the advanced ink automatic plant in Asia.
2020 Year
Kingswood acquired Longmen Education Group, and the company changed its name to Kingswood Education Technology Co.,Ltd.
